It is important to us at Finest Seven that you are happy with your purchase, and in the case that you are not fully satisfied with the item you received you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Finest Seven is happy to offer an exchange or a refund within this period.
As a consumer you can cancel your order within seven days on receipt of the goods and receive a full refund. In this case, please email email@example.com for an RMA number.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.

How to inform us you would like to make a return
- Email us at email@example.com – informing us of your wish to return your frames.
- Detail the items you wish to return, adding a brief note.
- We cannot accept returns that are made without an authentic Finest Seven returns number.
- If you’d like to exchange an item because the fit isn’t right, please let us know the replacement product you would like to receive.
- When requesting a refund, let us know how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used.
- Refunds will not be accepted if the security tags are removed, or visibly tampered with.
