CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Once your order has been submitted, it is possible for you to make amendments prior to dispatch. If you contact us by phone or email contact@finestseven.com we are still able to edit the order providing it hasn’t be shipped.

If you have already received a shipping notification via email, this means that your order has already left our studio and therefore cannot be changed. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

When an order has been paid for in full, we will notify you by email to inform you that your item/s have been shipped.

HOW DO I KNOW THESE ARE GENUINE FINEST SEVEN ITEMS?

We guarantee our products are 100% authentic.

WHAT SIZE AM I?

For your convenience, each eyewear style includes a basic frame fitting explanation. (See ‘Fit and Comfort’ under each style)

All transactions are charged in Pounds Sterling.

We operate entirely through WorldPay. You are able to pay with a Credit or Debit card.
