It is important to us at Finest Seven that you are happy with your purchase, and in the case that you are not fully satisfied with the item you received you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Finest Seven is happy to offer an exchange or a refund within this period.
As a consumer you can cancel your order within seven days on receipt of the goods and receive a full refund. In this case, please email email@example.com for an RMA number.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you.
Once you have done this all you need to do is post your frames back to us using a secure service of your choice. If returning a paid for item, upon safe receipt we will reimburse your card, including the cost of return shipping.*
* This is not to exceed the outbound shipping cost. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by Finest Seven. Please ensure you select a safe / traceable delivery service, retaining proof of postage.
